Ashley Veine-Smith, DVM
Dr. Ashley Veine has been with Community Animal Clinic since 2010. She is originally from Manistee, Michigan and completed her undergraduate training and a Master’s Degree at Northern Michigan University. She then headed to Iowa to earn her DVM at Iowa State University. That’s where she met her husband, Jeremy. After school, she migrated this way for work. She treats small animals and exotics, with a special interest in orthopedic surgery. Her children are Paxton and Quinn, who are very busy with their own activities, but she is passionate about riding western pleasure on her quarter horse, Beau. She also enjoys taking care of her other pets including the rabbit Honey Bun and several aquariums.

Tracy White, DVM
Dr. Tracy White dreamed of becoming a veterinarian from childhood because of her love of helping animals. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2001 with her veterinary degree. After graduation, she returned home and enjoyed working at a mixed animal practice before becoming a full time small animal veterinarian. Dr. White has been with Community Animal Clinic since the fall of 2023. In her free time, she enjoys riding her horse, reading, and spending time with her family.
